My passion for creating a backpacking mentoring business stems from my desire to support those seeking adventure and a break from their daily lives. On my first trip, I faced numerous challenges—forgetting my COVID card at the airport, overpaying for taxis, and feeling lost upon arrival. I quickly realized how valuable a mentor with travel experience would have been to guide me through these obstacles.
While mistakes are part of the journey—and I still encounter them—I want to help others learn from my experiences. My goal is to equip aspiring budget travelers with the tools and knowledge to avoid common pitfalls and confidently navigate the complexities of international travel. Together, we’ll prepare for the adventure of backpacking, ensuring you feel ready to step into the unknown. As a young adult I had always had a strong desire and passion to travel - anda I was lucky enough to meet Ayden. Doing a trip with him helped me to discover budget backpacking. It makes the farthest away places the most accessible. It opens doors to cultural immersion that can not be experienced staying in a hotel or airbnb. Ayden and I’s style of travel made seeing 9 countries in 8 months possible, made spending only $8,500 in 8 months possible, and made meeting hundreds of new friends in 8 months possible.
